Full-Time Digital Marketing Content Coordinator

Evolve Impact Group is seeking to fill the position of Digital Marketing Content Coordinator. Content Coordinators at Evolve function as the go-to person for visual and written content for 25-50 digital marketing campaigns. Content coordinator is tasked with generating content and working with:

  • Writing staff to organize written content for blogs, websites, social media and paid advertising campaigns
  • Graphic designers to develop engaging visuals for websites, social media and display ad campaigns
  • Videography assets to produce impactful video marketing for social media

In addition to the coordination of assets, content coordinators develop content calendars to meet client needs in advertising and marketing as well as the needs of digital marketing managers. The Content Coordinator will work directly with and report to the Director of Digital Marketing to ensure client content meets client goals. The Content Coordinator also works closely with client’s digital marketing manager on strategy and client’s account executive on client’s needs and voice. 

Requirements:
The applicants who will flourish in this role should be creative, both visually and in written media, should be inquisitive of new businesses and their target markets, and should be organized and dedicated to task completion. This role combines aspects of many different forms of media so having a strong desire to communicate the values and uniqueness of clients, their employees and their products is a must. Social Media is a continuously changing landscape and so a strong knowledge of media trends, platforms, and “what’s hot” are required to keep content on the forefront of consumers screens. Content Coordinators also work with a variety of content developers like graphic artists, writers and videographers so strong inter-personal skills, task delegation and content review/feedback are necessary to be successful. 
 
Applicants should have minimum 3-5 years professional content development experience in either graphics or writing as well as experience managing social media accounts or social media content development. Applicants should have experience using Canva for content development as well as working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Applicants should be comfortable in an office environment working normal business hours and should have experience communicating with team members and clients in-person, over the phone and by email.
 
Compensation:

  • Annual salary based on experience
  • 2 weeks paid vacation
  • Employer pays 50% of Health Share plan

Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant

Evolve Impact Group is seeking motivated applicants for marketing assistant/intern positions. Evolve Impact Group is a fast- growing digital agency in the Bryan/College Station market and beyond. Blending web development, social media, paid advertising, blog writing and print allows EIG to support small to medium-sized businesses, partnering with them to effectively use a variety of advertising methods in order to achieve sustained growth.
 
The marketing assistant/intern position will be exposed to all disciplines and media outlets for both internal and external clients. Hourly paid employees will have the opportunity to engage with senior marketing professionals on campaigns of all sizes.

Employees will receive exposure to:

  • Website development including design, content development, site build-out and search engine optimization. 
  • Social media through campaign building, content development, and reporting for multiple platforms. 
  • Paid advertising including ad development, budget management, competitive keyword analysis and reporting. 
  • Blog writing encompassing client storytelling, topic investigation, and research and content syndication. 
  • Print including a wide variety of small and medium format print - from flyers to banners and business cards to banner stands.

Preferred applicants should have a keen interest in the arena of digital and print marketing. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Applicants should be able to commit 15-20 hours weekly and be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail.
